We reserve the right to modify the products and services that we offer.



Our prices may fluctuate in accordance with seasonal availability of products.


Website content

Our website shows representative images and includes descriptions of the products and services available. Reproduction of colours may vary slightly deepening upon the device you are viewing our site on.



In order for us to fulfil your order on your requested date, you must supply all the details requested during the online checkout process, or requested in person when placing your order via telephone or email.

Your order will only be processed and fulfilled if full payment details are given and cleared funds are received prior to the required despatch date. If we discover any issues relating to your payment, we will make every effort to contact you to resolve these and ensure that we can proceed with your order. If we are unable to contact you or if alternative payment is not made by you, the order will unfortunately be cancelled. All orders made via our website are processed via Paypal. If you would prefer to pay using another method, please contact us.

We will acknowledge your order via email to confirm your order and delivery details, however, please note that delivery is subject to availability.

You will be charged the price of your selected item(s) as shown on our website at the date and time you place your order. All prices displayed on our website are subject to change. If there is an error relating to the prices shown on our website, we will correct the price and then contact you to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with your order.

We are not VAT registered, therefore our products and services are not liable for VAT.



For our products, including gift bouquets, we reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging (to provide an item of equal or greater value) without giving you prior notice. Flowers and plants are natural products, so are subject to seasonal availability. Gift bouquets may be delivered in bud to ensure longer vase life. Gift bouquets and plants may be harmful if eaten or cause skin irritation – please take care when handling fresh products.



We will always try our best to accommodate any changes to orders, however, we can only accept changes or cancellation requests received 72 hours or more before the requested delivery date.

Orders placed during weekends and Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the next following working day.

Ordinary distance selling rules allowing the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods do not apply to perishable products.


Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock of items to fulfil the order on the requested date, the price shown on our website contains an error, or if you fail to provide the details required to fulfil the order, including making full payment. If we do unfortunately need to cancel your order, we will give you as much notice as possible and provide a refund of any money already paid. We are not obliged to offer any compensation as a result of cancelled orders or any disappointment incurred as a result of an order being cancelled.


Returns and replacements

As flowers are a fresh and perishable product, we are unable to accept returns.

Again, due to the perishable nature of our products, you are advised to make any complaint with 24 hours of delivery, and you will be required to provide suitable photographic evidence relating to your complaint.

If we have sent you an incorrect product (other than variations as outlined above), then please contact us via telephone and we will do our very best to assist you.
